The fine print
Affiliate Program Terms
Exactly how commissions, cookies, payouts and disqualifications work. Written to be read.
Last updated: August 13, 2026
These are the rules for being an affiliate of Secure Peptide Solutions. Joining the program means you agree to them. They are written in plain English rather than legalese because we would rather you actually read them.
1. Who can join
You must be 18 or over. You apply, we review, and we approve or decline at our discretion. We do not have to give a reason. Being declined is not a judgement about you — it usually just means your audience is not a fit for what we sell.
You tell us which platform you post on and your handle there, and we look at it before approving you. It has to be an account you actually control. Keep it on your account while you are in the program — if you move to a different handle, update it on your dashboard so we can still find your posts when we check disclosures under Section 6.
2. What you get
- A referral link and a discount code. Both are yours alone.
- Anyone who uses your link gets 5% off automatically. Your code does the same thing if they type it in at checkout.
- Your discount is exclusive. An order using your link or code cannot also use another coupon, a bulk price, or a quantity discount — whichever the shopper would otherwise have had is replaced by your discount, not added to it. On larger quantities that can work out dearer than the bulk price, so it is worth saying so rather than surprising someone at checkout.
- Your commission rate depends on how much you sell in a calendar month, starting at 5%. The full ladder is shown on your dashboard and may be changed from time to time; the rates in force at the point of sale are the ones that apply. The month runs on the store’s calendar and resets on the 1st.
- You may take your balance in cash, in store credit worth 2 times the cash figure, or any division of the two you like — half and half, or any other proportion you set on your dashboard. Store credit is issued as a single-use code tied to your email address, cannot be combined with other discounts or exchanged for cash, and is spendable on this store only.
- Commission is calculated on orders that complete. Orders later refunded, charged back or cancelled are removed from your balance, and removing them may lower your rate for that month.
- Commission is calculated on the product total before your discount is applied. Shipping and tax are not included.
- Your link stays attached to a visitor for 30 days after they click it.
3. When you get paid
A commission becomes payable once the order is marked complete. Commissions on orders that are cancelled, refunded or charged back are removed, and partially refunded orders are reduced to match.
Cash payouts are sent to the details you gave us. Store credit is issued as a single-use code tied to your email address. We do not charge fees, and there is no minimum balance.
4. The monthly leaderboard and prize
The leaderboard shows the current calendar month only and starts fresh on the 1st. The prize for finishing first is whatever we have announced on the leaderboard for that month. We may change or withdraw a prize before a month begins, but not partway through one. If we suspect a month’s results were manufactured through self-referral or fake orders, we may disqualify the entry.
5. What you must never say about our products — read this one
This is the section that gets affiliates removed, and the one that matters most. Our products are sold for laboratory research use only. They are not approved for human or veterinary use, and they are not sold for it. Your content has to reflect that.
You must not, anywhere, in any format:
- State or imply that any product is taken, injected, consumed, or used by people or animals.
- Give dosages, protocols, reconstitution instructions, cycle advice, or anything else that reads as directions for use in a person.
- Claim or imply that any product treats, cures, prevents, heals, or reduces any disease, injury or condition.
- Make benefit claims of any kind — weight loss, muscle growth, healing, recovery, anti-ageing, energy, performance, longevity, cosmetic results, or similar.
- Share personal testimonials, results, experiences, or before-and-after content involving use of these products.
- Suggest a product is FDA-approved, “clinically proven”, “medical grade”, “pharmaceutical grade for human use”, or an alternative to a prescription medicine.
- Present our products alongside syringes, needles or injection supplies in a way that implies human use.
- Present yourself as a doctor, pharmacist, or other licensed clinician unless you actually are one, and never give clinical advice regardless.
- Target anyone under 18, or promote on platforms or in communities aimed at minors.
Write about compounds the way a research supplier would: what they are, what the published literature examines, purity, testing, handling, storage. If you would not be comfortable reading your post aloud to a regulator, do not publish it.
Regulators treat labelling and marketing separately. A “research use only” line at the bottom of a page does not cancel out claims made further up it, and enforcement in this category has been active and specific about exactly that. When an affiliate makes a human-use or health claim, the exposure lands on us as well as on you — which is why this is a removal offence rather than a warning.
6. You must disclose that you earn from this
US law requires you to tell your audience about your relationship with us, every time you promote us. This is not optional and it is not satisfied by a note in your bio.
- Put the disclosure in the same post as the link or code, where someone will see it before they click.
- Use plain words: “Affiliate link — I earn a commission on purchases.” “Paid partnership with Secure Peptide Solutions.” Something a normal person understands.
- Do not bury it at the end, in a hashtag pile, behind a “more” link, or in a separate disclaimer post.
- In video, say it out loud as well as showing it on screen. In a livestream, repeat it periodically.
- Never post fake reviews, invented testimonials, or AI-generated content presented as a real person’s experience. This is separately illegal and carries civil penalties.
7. Where you may and may not promote
Yes: your own website, blog, newsletter, social accounts, videos, podcasts, forums where promotion is permitted, and one-to-one conversations with people who asked.
No paid advertising of any kind. Specifically, you may not:
- Run paid ads on Google, Meta, TikTok, X, Reddit, YouTube, or any other ad platform that mention us, link to us, or send traffic to us.
- Bid on our brand name, our domain, or misspellings of either in any search engine.
- Buy display, native, or push traffic pointed at our site.
This is not us being precious about attribution. Our category is restricted or banned outright on most major ad platforms, and a policy violation attaches to the destination domain, not just the account that ran the ad. One affiliate running a well-meaning ad can cost us the domain’s standing permanently.
Also not allowed: coupon and deal sites, cashback sites, browser extensions, cookie stuffing, typosquatting, unsolicited email or DMs, automated posting, or registering domains, social handles or app names containing our brand.
8. Your own purchases
You cannot earn commission on your own orders, and your code is not a personal staff discount. Orders that look like self-referral are removed automatically.
9. Ending it
Either of us can end this at any time, for any reason, by saying so. If you leave or we remove you for ordinary reasons, you keep any commission already approved. If we remove you for breaching Section 5, 6 or 7, we may withhold unpaid commission — because those breaches create real exposure for us, not just a rules problem.
You do not represent Secure Peptide Solutions, cannot speak for us, cannot open accounts or sign anything in our name, and are an independent contractor rather than an employee or partner. You are responsible for your own taxes on anything you earn here.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. If we change something that affects what you earn or what you are allowed to say, we will email you before it takes effect. Continuing to promote us after that means you accept the new version.
11. Questions
Ask us at securepeptidesolutions@yahoo.com. If you are unsure whether a piece of content crosses a line, send it to us before you publish it. We would far rather review a draft than remove an affiliate.
